This year was a busy and exciting time for Larry and Ellen and their families. Larry and Ellen took a road trip to Portland to see where Larry had gone to college and lived for 12 years before he returned to San Francisco in 1990. In March Larry proposed and Ellen accepted. The wedding planning commenced. Two showers followed--one in California and one in Pennsylvania. Larry became an uncle to Emily Rose. Soon thereafter the wedding arrived. November 8, 1998 was a huge success. A honeymoon in Hawaii and then the holidays were around the corner.
